Registration Information and Cancellation Policy:
The Full Conference Package includes admittance to all Conference Sessions, Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, Trade Show on Wednesday and Thursday, President’s Reception on Tuesday, Exhibitors’ Night on Wednesday and the Banquet & Dance on Thursday.

Cancellation of registration must be received before May 15, 2008 for registration fees to be refunded. A processing fee of $25.00 will be charged on all refunds.
